Walking in Step with God is a ministry whose goal is to see people from diverse demographics and communities across the nation and the world walk more closely with God.
Walking in step with God was founded so people could learn about God and His desire for a relationship. We want to encourage and inspire everyone to grow in contentment and security in faith found through an authentic relationship with God.
We have created a community of like-minded people. We seek to build others up and be a welcoming place for anyone to ask questions and find answers about who God is and what a relationship with God looks like.
Our heart’s goal is to inspire and encourage people. We currently do this through online communities and regular content. We want to live boldly and offer in-person events and conferences that bring people physically together to build and nurture the community of those walking in step with God.
We want to strengthen and inspire people to walk boldly and freely discuss God’s ways and how He wants to walk with everyone from every language, tribe, and person worldwide.
About Steve McDonald
Steve McDonald, the founder of Walking in Step with God, was raised in a Christian, faith-based home. Though he was saved in the last few decades, it is in the previous 10 years that he has built a strong, powerful relationship with God.
While Steve is not an ordained pastor or a biblical scholar, he has immersed his life, mind, and heart in scripture and daily prayer, seeking to find more and more of God daily.
Through conversations with friends of different religions, his faith and life testimony sparked an interest in a relationship with God in his friends. It was not about one religion versus another. It was about the relationship between humans that built the way for a relationship with God.
From this deep well of personal growth and experience, Steve seeks to share his heart and walk with God to be a light on a hill for those far from God.
He established Walking in Step with God in 2022 to provide hope, encouragement, and answers to those seeking Him and wanting a deeper walk.
He continues to grow his ministry in the powerful knowledge that God wants to walk in step with all people everywhere.
