LORD Heavenly Father, I come to confess my sins to thee and to declare that Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son Of God who gave His life by being crucified and then was buried so that we could be saved. He resurrected on the third day. I accept Jesus Christ as my LORD and Savior from this day forward and will follow Him forevermore. Amen.
